Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of speaksellwin.com (the “Site”), the free live trainings, and the Speak Sell Win course, all offered by Speak Sell Win, operated by Waitlist Workshops, LLC (“Speak Sell Win,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or buying the course you agree to these Terms.

The course

The Speak Sell Win course is a self-paced, on-demand digital course. The price is shown on the Site at checkout ($97 at the date above), charged once. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course for as long as we offer it (“lifetime access”). Your course login is sent to the email you used at checkout.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By buying you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Prices are in US dollars and may change for future purchases; a change never affects a purchase already made.

The 30-day guarantee

Go through the course. If within 30 days of your purchase you do not think it was worth far more than $97, email us and we refund you in full. The details are in our Refund Policy.

Free live trainings

Registering for a free training gives you a seat for that session. We may reschedule or cancel a session, and we will tell you by email if we do. A recording is not guaranteed.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated messages from Speak Sell Win about trainings, the course, and related offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your use of the content

All course material, scripts, frameworks, and Site content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them to run your own talks and your own business. You may not copy, resell, share your login, redistribute, or publish the material, or use it to build a competing course.

Results

The course teaches a method. What it produces depends on your effort, your market, and many things outside our control. Nothing on the Site or in the course is a promise of income or any specific result, and nothing in it is legal, financial, or medical advice.

Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Site and the course are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site or the course is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms, shares their login, or disputes a charge they authorized. Access ends when a refund is issued.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County or Travis County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
